At Sokito, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear; if your boots aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unworn boots back in their original Sokito box and secure them inside a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
